Your weekend shouldn’t cost you your week.
Make looking after yourself part of the culture. Enjoy the music, take care of your body and give tomorrow the consideration it deserves.

Four reminders for a more considered weekend.
Recovery isn’t one product or one quick fix. It’s the choices you make before you go out, when the night ends and in the days that follow.
Before the music — prepare.
Eat a proper meal, start hydrated, plan how you’ll get home and know your limits. Take breaks, stay cool and look out for your friends.
If you choose to use RESET, follow the directions on the pack.
After the last track — replenish.
Give yourself time to wind down. Have something nourishing if you can, sip fluids and consider electrolytes if you’ve been sweating. Don’t force large amounts of water at once.
Use RESET only as directed; more is not necessarily better.
The morning after — reset.
Prioritise sleep, a balanced meal and regular fluids. Get some daylight or gentle movement if you feel well enough, and keep the day’s expectations realistic.
A supplement can’t replace rest, nutrition or time.
The next day — listen to your body.
Still feeling drained? Keep resting, eating and hydrating. Don’t rush back into intense training or a packed schedule just because the calendar says the weekend is over.
Give yourself the time you need to feel ready for your routine again.
It’s about making self-care part of rave culture. RESET is a hydration product—not a way to prevent a comedown, make alcohol or other drugs safer, speed up sobriety or treat overheating. Look after yourself and your friends; if someone is seriously unwell, get medical help.
Know what RESET can—and can’t—do.
Can RESET prevent a comedown?
No. RESET should not be relied on to prevent or treat a comedown or the effects of alcohol or other drugs. Food, hydration and rest are important, but they are not a guarantee against harm.
Should I take extra sachets after a big night?
Follow the product label and do not exceed the recommended use. If you’re unsure whether it’s suitable for you, check with a healthcare professional.
What if someone is overheating or confused?
Do not rely on a supplement or a shower. Seek urgent medical help. In Australia, call 000 for a medical emergency.
Don’t just chase the moment. Look after the you that comes after.
